Invitation for placements, along with the placement brochure, is sent to recruiting organizations by CDC / companies approach CDC directly via email.

Job Notification Form (JNF) / Internship Notification Form (INF) is sent to the recruiters for registration.

Recruiters submit filled JNF and/or INF.

Data of eligible students is shared with the companies.

Pre-Placement Talks are scheduled for registered candidates.

Slots are provided to companies for online tests, group discussions, etc.

Companies provide a list of shortlisted candidates for the final interview process.

CDC allots dates to organizations for campus interviews based on various criteria.

Students shortlisted by multiple companies in the same slot submit preferences at least one hour before interviews.

Step

Shortlisted candidates participate in the hiring process of their preferred company.

Company submits the list of selected and waitlisted students to CDC by the end of the interview day/slot.

CDC confirms offer acceptance to the company based on student preferences within 3 hours of result submission.

Selected students are removed from the placement process, as per the One Student, One Job Policy.
